Platform Purpose
Parfum Den is a B2B perfume fulfilment and dropshipping platform created exclusively for perfume resellers, online fragrance stores, Instagram perfume sellers, WhatsApp vendors, TikTok perfume businesses, and boutique retailers.
Reseller Eligibility
You must register as a perfume reseller, vendor, or business operator. The platform is strictly for business and resale purposes only.
Account Verification
All reseller accounts may undergo review and verification before gaining access to reseller pricing and ordering features.
Orders & Payments
Orders are processed only after confirmed payment. Resellers are responsible for providing accurate customer and delivery information.
Delivery & Fulfilment
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Additional fees may apply for failed deliveries.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 24 hours with evidence.
Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent transactions, misuse of pricing, abusive behavior, and unauthorized sharing of internal materials are strictly prohibited.
Pricing & Product Availability
Reseller pricing is confidential and must not be publicly shared. Product availability may change without prior notice. In cases of stock shortages after payment, Parfum Den may provide replacements, restocking options, refunds, or store credit.
Reseller Responsibilities
Resellers are expected to conduct business professionally, maintain confidentiality of platform pricing, avoid fraudulent activities, and communicate respectfully with staff and riders.
Limitation of Liability
Parfum Den shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, external factors, or business losses arising from reseller decisions.
Platform Changes
Parfum Den reserves the right to modify pricing, delivery coverage, platform features, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
